Taxes and bureaucracy concerning the pools

The permits, the taxes, bureaucracy and anything else needed to build your own pool. And also: "Is it true that a house with pool pays more tax?" 1. The house must have a useful surface of more than 160sqm, excluding terraces and balconies, cellars, garages.
2. The house must have the total usable area of ​​the terraces exceeding 65 sqm serving a single urban real estate unit.
3. The house must have more than one elevator for each staircase, a service elevator or freight elevator.
4. The house must have the service ladder, when it is not required by regulations.
5. The house must have a main staircase covered in precious materials for a height of more than 1.70 m
6. The height of the floor is more than 3.3 m.
7. The house must have an entrance doors in precious wood or with precious decorations. 
8. The house must have a valuable flooring for 50% of the total area.
9. The house must have walls made or covered for at least 30% of their surface with precious materials.
10. The house must have ceilings decorated with hand-painted stuccoes.
11. The house must have a tennis court with a surface greater than 650 m.
